3.3 We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe your Order will be redirected to a collection point, where available redelivered in the next delivery run or returned to our business.
3.4 You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not, the couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier.
3.5 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
3.6 Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.

4. RETURN/REFUND POLICY
4.1 At Home at Seven, we realise quality is important to you. As part of our commitment, we are proud to offer you a 100% satisfaction guarantee of our products. If you are not satisfied in any way. We will replace your product for up to a year following your purchase
We may terminate a Contract if the product is not available for any reason. We will notify you if this is the case and return any payment that you have made. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product.

My name is Sean and I am the owner/ operator of Home at Seven Gifts and Homewares which is located in Kew, Melbourne. We are a family run business and have been operating for many years, since 1987 in fact.
I have had many family members over the years join the ranks to help out in different ways. My elderly parents , young nephews and nieces and my sister have all been involved. We stock a beautiful range of gifts and homewares and have built up a loyal customer base which we appreciate greatly. One of our top priorities is to support local suppliers whenever possible.
